You will see people sitting outside of cafes, at the beach and walking on the street drinking this creamy refreshing drink. If you love coffee then you are going to love this drink. Especially when you can have it ready in under 2 minutes.
WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE GREEK ICED COFFEE FRAPPE
Yes, yes, I know I know. I don’t like coffee. But, I keep making coffee recipes. You probably think you can’t take my word on it because I probably don’t know what I’m talking about. Trust me, I make it for my coffee loving husband and he gives it his coffee approval. He loves coffee, and every house, restaurant and shop that made and sold frappe when we went to Cyprus he tried them and mine rank up there with the best of the best.
So don’t worry follow my recipe because you will satisfy any coffee lover by making Greek frappe coffee my way.
Plus I have a little confession. I like to have a few sips of my husbands Greek iced coffee frappe because its really tasty. The topping is creamy, frothy and velvety but then the coffee hits and I don’t want to drink anymore. But if you love coffee you will be happy (“,)

FRAPPE COFFEE MAKER
Before you make your cold Greek coffee frappe drink you need to make sure you have a frappe machine. You can use an electric handheld frappe maker which is like a long stick blender like I do in my video above. Or you can use a stand up frappe maker/blender which comes with it’s own blending cup and is like a milkshake maker. You can find these cheaply online and in the supermarkets if you are in Cyprus.
FRAPPE COFFEE RECIPE
It is so easy to make a delicious Greek frappe coffee once you have decided on the flavour and texture. The next step involves adding your coffee, sugar (if you are using it) and water to your glass and blending it with your frappe maker for 30 seconds or until it changes in colour, grows in volume and becomes nice and frothy. Check my video below to see what it should look like. Then you add your milk or water and ice cubes and if you like a straw to swirl everything around.
As you can see it is super simple to make. The hardest part is deciding on the flavour and texture of the coffee.
WHAT COFFEE TO USE
I have had many questions on my YouTube channel asking what type of coffee to use to make a cold Greek frappe coffee and if instant coffee is ok.
I have made it with the special frappe coffee and with instant coffee and my husband said they both tasted the same. So whatever you have use it and enjoy (“,)
