1frozen banana
1handful frozen mango
1handful frozen pineapple
Juice of 1/2 lime
4-5fresh mint leaves
BLUEBERRY & CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

2cupsfrozen blueberries
1tspground cinnamon
SUMMER SMOOTHIE
500mlwater
2handfuls watermelon
1handful strawberries
Splash rose water
10mint leaves
Instructions
TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE
Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
Pour into kilner/ mason jar (fills 1 1/2 jars)
Serve with a slice of lime on the side if you're like me and like the sourness (",)

Use frozen fruit to get a creamy icecreamy texture
Measure out all your portions and place them in a sandwhich bag and put them into the freezer so when you need a drink and want to save time just get your bag of fruit and veg out of the freezer and pour it into your blender and blitz super duper quick
