Ingredients

TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE

  • 450 ml coconut water
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful frozen mango
  • 1 handful frozen pineapple
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves

BLUEBERRY & CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

  • 450 ml coconut water
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

SUMMER SMOOTHIE

  • 500 ml water
  • 2 handfuls watermelon
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • Splash rose water
  • 10 mint leaves

Instructions

  • TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE
  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into kilner/ mason jar (fills 1 1/2 jars)

  • Use frozen fruit to get a creamy icecreamy texture
  • Measure out all your portions and place them in a sandwhich bag and put them into the freezer so when you need a drink and want to save time just get your bag of fruit and veg out of the freezer and pour it into your blender and blitz super duper quick
